Old Spruce Realty opened in 1994 at the base of Snowshoe Mountain in Pocahontas County. In 1998, Old Spruce Realty established a Greenbrier County branch office in Lewisburg, which became the main office by 2001. Old Spruce started as a large company, continually growing over the years, yet over time it was determined that bigger is not always better! With so many changes in the market, it's important to Old Spruce that the focus stays on individual customers and that more time is spent on each transaction.
The experience and knowledge-base of the long-term agents at Old Spruce, coupled with the Auction company side of the business, makes it truly the go-to agency offering trusted advice and exceptional service.
