Old Spruce Realty opened in 1994 at the base of Snowshoe Mountain in Pocahontas County. In 1998, Old Spruce Realty established a Greenbrier County branch office in Lewisburg, which became the main office by 2001. Old Spruce started as a large company, continually growing over the years, yet over time it was determined that bigger is not always better! With so many changes in the market, it's important to Old Spruce that the focus stays on individual customers and that more time is spent on each transaction.

Mimi Coffman is a full-time professional REALTOR® with Old Spruce Realty & Auction Group, located in Lewisburg, West Virginia. Mimi is a graduate of The Maryland Institute, College of Art, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography. After graduation, Mimi launched her career in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as a photography studio assistant and later as a photography touch-up artist. Eventually, she moved to West Virginia and after working for eight years in various management positions at The Greenbrier, she became the Director of Client Services for a construction management firm whose focus was on building high-end custom homes at The Greenbrier Sporting Club in White Sulphur Springs, WV. Mimi's role in this capacity was to work closely with owners during the entire building process, from design to completion of the home, ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way.

After eleven years in the custom home building business, Mimi expanded her knowledge into real estate and now finds great pleasure in assisting clients with buying and selling property. Mimi focuses on each client in a way that makes them feel like they are her only client. Buying or selling a home is an exciting time and her energy, integrity, hard work and commitment to ensuring every detail of the real estate transaction goes smoothly is what sets her apart. In addition to the natural skill-set that comes from first-hand knowledge of the home-building process, her photography background lends itself to her work and is a source of enjoyment when creating her marketing strategies for sellers. Mimi is also a member of the the National Association of REALTORS® and continues to increase her knowledge of the real estate industry with advanced training.

Mimi has lived in the Greenbrier Valley since 1995 and enjoys the lifestyle the area has to offer. She married her high school sweetheart in 1996 and has two children. She enjoys cooking, gardening, trips to the river and spending time with her family.
